This is the second occasion that I and a few friends have visted Maes y Garth. The proprietors Tracey and Stefan have always made us feel very welcome and I would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to anyone. Tracey and Stefan maintain Maes y Garth to an exceptionally high standard. The place is immaculate and situated only a...

We have just returned from a 2 night break at this lovely B&B, where we were made to feel most welcome by hosts Tracey and Stefan. This wasn't our first visit to Maes-y-Garth and we weren't disappointed on our return. The rooms are very comfortable and are provided with everything you might need during your stay. The views from the...

Maes-y-Garth was recommended by a friend of ours and it exceeded our expectations. The room was of high quality, spotlessly clean, fresh and very spacious. Short walk from the village which has a good variety of eating places, an excellent base from which to tour the area, Both Tracey and Stefan were warm and welcoming and ensured our stay was...

We chose Maes-y-Garth after reading glowing reviews, and were not disappointed. The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished, with extremely comfortable beds. We stayed in Room 5 that had its own private patio. Views from the dining room are awesome, and breakfasts are an enjoyable experience with excellent food cooked by Stefan. Tracey and Stefan are very hospitable, and keen...

Tracey was very helpful and knowledgable she was informative about the best places to ride on a motorbike. There is a drying room and a lockable garage to keep the motorbike safe and dry. Breakfast very good and our room was clean within easy walking access of the village.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Tracey and Stefan are hard working, excellent hosts whose attention to detail makes it a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful setting. Very conveniently situated, beautiful room with really big, comfortable bed and fabulous views plus lovely breakfasts. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you both.

we had the ground floor room with ensuite toilet/shower. decoration was simple and kept very clean, however definitely not 5star quality. breakfast in a rather chilly upstairs room was either also quite average, english breakfast (we had to choose the evening before how many sausages, etc. on a tick box sheet, weird), simple cereal/musli, horrible yoghurts. Tracey was constantly trying...

Dear Guests We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We can only apologise that you found the breakfast room to be chilly, as you are aware from your room, the heating was on throughout the house and all radiators had individual thermostats. Had you mentioned to us that your were chilly, and hopefully you did,...

Stayed at Maes y Garth a few weekends ago to get away from the rat race and chill out in the countryside. We were greatest by Tracey who was very friendly, very informative and showed us to our room. The room was ground floor level and absolutely spotless, lovely decor and very comfy bed. The view from this room was...

We have just returned from a 3 day break at Maes-y-Garth. Large clean rooms with great views and huge beds. Lovely cooked breakfast to start the day. It was our first visit and we were made to feel very welcome by Tracey and Stefan. Nothing was too much trouble. A very enjoyable time - we will certainly be returning.
