What a great B&B. So lucky to find this, after being told there wasn't a single room available in this village. Wandered down the road to find a vacancy sign in the window of this B&B with a phone number. I tell you why that is; the owner is (really) semi-retired after 40 years in hospitality. Doesn't even have a...

The fact that my husband and I have been returning here numerous times a year for the last 12 years says it all really. One year we counted 14 visits. Sadly our different jobs now don't make this possible anymore. The host, Dill is just fabulous and has become a very dear friend of ours over the years. The 2...

I stayed in a beautiful room, (clean, quiet, great facilities) and enjoyed an amazing breakfast, (you could make it all all day breakfast if you had the space) all done with good humour and genuine friendliness. All because the booking site I used messed up with the hotel and left me room-less, ON A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND, a sunny one...

Only spent one night at this delightful guest house but wished we were staying longer. The guest house is run by Dillwyn, (Dill to his friends) and your are greeted with a warm North Walian welcome. On showing us to our room we were shown to a lovely luxury EnSuite room with everything you could need plus more. There was...

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed at. This is what everyone in the states thinks a B&B should be. The room was clean and well appointed, the bathroom was exceptional. It included a a Jacuzzi tub. The host, Dil, was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Scenery was out of the world. Lots...

What a lovely place and such a quaint town. Dil couldn't have been nicer and great recommendations for places to eat. Only 2 guest rooms and ours looked onto the street with lovely green field, trees and a river. With the windows closed the street noise wasn't a bother and we were there for 2 nights on a bank holiday...

I have been to many hotels, guest houses and B&Bs but this was the place I would call a home away from home, for the friendly and relaxed atmosphere or just because it was so clean and beautifully presented, Talking point is somewhere I have stayed multiple times and is my go to accommodation in Betws Y Coed. Dil is...

I was lucky enough to book two rooms at the Talking Point at the last minute for last weekend. Dill was very accommodating and a wonderful host. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was very good and there was so much of it, we couldn't finish it all. We were later then expected to check in but Dil promptly came...

We travel a lot and have just spent 2 nights in a delightful place called Betws-y-Coed in a delightful B & B. There is absolutely no doubt in our minds that Talking Point is the best we have ever found and the best you will find anywhere. The host, Del, is a very nice man who goes out of his...
