My partner & I have stayed here a couple of times before & have had no faults but this time the standards seem to have slipped alittle. Firstly the service within the bar area was painfully slow with only one person serving. Second the beds were Rock solid a very broken sleep all night. Thirdly the shower decides when it...

Went for a family dinner. Bar staff and waitress couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, not just to us but to the other guests too. Make sure you book the first night we tried to go it was fully booked so had to wait, well worth it. Starters home made tomato and roast pepper soup, black pudding topped with...

We visited Pont-y-Pair Inn for a drink and a bar meal in the evening. Bar was manic at the time and the guy behind the bar was rushed of his feet serving drinks and taking orders for meals. We got served and despite, what we thought would be a long wait, our meals arrived to our table about twenty minutes...

My daughter and I were travelling to Betws-y-Coed from Scotland on route to Snowdonia. We were inevitably held up in the Scottish Highlands by a road traffic incident. As soon as we had signal we phoned Pont-y-Pair Inn to notify them that we would not now be arriving until ~ 2am (due to the road/traffic incident). We were abruptly and...

I don't normally respond to any reviews as I think that most customers can make a balanced judgement based on all our reviews. I do however feel the need to correct some of your statements. The Pont y Pair doesn't & never has taken any pre payments for bookings other than deposits requested by customers themselves. Our customers are charged...

We visited this hotel to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday. There were 15 of us altogether who stayed for two nights.. From the moment of enquiring about booking so many rooms to the second we walked out of the door on Sunday morning, we had fantastic service. Emails were answered promptly with helpful advice. Menus were sent for us to...

We originally booked to stay just one night but upon arrival we asked if we could stay for 2 as the place was beautiful. The owner very kindly re arranged all her bookings to make sure we could stay in the same room for our entire stay without having to move. We couldn't find a single fault. It's location is...

The town itself is so pretty. Travelers visiting the UK must spend a few days in Wales and Betws as well. Pont-y-Pair provides it's guests with clean rooms and all the basics required for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was perfect. Also it's boasts a social scene in its bar on most nights unlike most B&B's in town. A very very...

We have stayed here twice now. it's a great location with really friendly staff. The rooms are clean with everything you need. There's a good bar downstairs with lots of character. Breakfast was good and most importantly our dogs were made very welcome!

The Inn is nice, lots of character. The room was basic but the room we had (room 9) was opposite a waterfall which was a relaxing to listen to. The beer and the food was very nice. The inn provides it's own evening meals and it's own beer which were both top quality and locally sourced. I would definitely stop...
