The hotel was in a great location in town, not too far from lots of the tourist attractions. I had a lovely comfortable room. The hotel restaurant did great food, especially Sunday lunch. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, particularly James, the manager/owner. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I stayed here recently for over a month whilst working and I can't quite explain just how fabulous the hotel and it's staff were. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, catered to our every wish and went above and beyond on several occasions. The surrounding area is so stunning and easy access to many beautiful walks. I highly recommend staying there!

I stayed at the hotel for well over a month for work and honestly it made the job an absolute dream! We used there large room as an office which was amazing! Great space with lots of light and a projector! The hotel rooms were lovely and the cleaners catered to every covid requirement whilst also kindly leaving us christmasy gifts as the season grew nearer! The food was delicious and adapted for those with special requirements every time! The staff went above and beyond, in particularity James, Dale and Kyren, into making out stay the best it could be. From jump starting my car to recommending the best walking routes we loved every minute of it and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for having us.

Visited this great hotel twice in the last fortnight. Really friendly staff who make you feel so welcome. Truly dog friendly - our Bullmastiff Hugo was spoiled rotten with biscuits and his own bowl of water which was delivered to our table without us even asking. Good Covid arrangements but still a nice atmosphere - lovely Christmas decorations and comfy furnishings. Really tasty food - Sunday lunch with 7 different veg was delicious. Wide range of food options on other days. Good scampi and chips. This will now be our regular on our trips to Betws y Coed.
