We stayed in apt 1 for five days and were most impressed by the reception facilities and furnishings of the apartment. The owner was most helpful in greeting us and being effusive in explanations of places to go visit. The apartment is extremely well kitted out with all amenities including. 5 of us Stayed here for a weekend in march. The intention was to climb mount snowdon so the location for that was ideal. We were a 20 minute drive away from pen y pas. We have been staying here over the years so its almost like a second home. Tracy and Michael are brilliant at what they do,and always provide a warm welcome. The apartments are immaculate and with all mod con's,plenty to do in the area and surrounding areas. Stayed for a week and it went to fast looking forward to a return...

We love this place.We have been coming here for several years now and are never let down. Great apartments with everything you need in a stunning setting. It is a little trek by foot into Betws Y Coed or a three minute drive but for the peace and quiet and standard of accomomdation it is well worth being slightly outside...

Great find. Ample accommodation. Great kitchen bedrooms and living room. And safe for kids in gardens outside. Really lovely owners Tim and Tracey - lots of advice on area etc. And just by the river if you are interested in fishing. If you're with family and fancy a take away, no harm in doing the 4 mile trip up to...

Beautiful apartments in a lovely old house surrounded by gardens, trees and a gushing river. Perfect location for exploring the area, very friendly hosts, great facilities and excellent value. We stayed in the three bed apartment which is ideal for families or groups of friends, very spacious and well equiped. Planning a return trip already!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in September. We stayed in apartment 7 which was amazing! It had absolutely everything you could need, right down to Tupperware tubs for a packed lunch! The bed was really comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot and it was all spotlessly clean. Tracy and Michael are very welcoming and friendly...
