We have just spent 3 nights at Coed-y-Celyn Hall and loved every minute of our stay. The location couldn't better -- less than a 5 minute drive into Betws-y-Coed to enjoy a great atmosphere in any of the bars or restaurants, but it is set in it's own amazing grounds and so far enough away from 'civilisation' if you want... We enjoyed a pleasant 4 night stay here. Unfortunately the entrance hall stair carpet did not create the best first impression as it needs replacing. However the apartment was tastefully decorated and one of the best equipped we have stayed in - included kitchen roll, washing up liquid, cling film and first aid kit (although some items were out of... Michael and Tracey were very helpful from the start of booking to our finally arriving for our stay. We were given apartment 5 which is beautifully decorated and has everything you need from a well thought out kitchen to the most comfortable bed. The grounds of the property are lovely and it is so nice to stroll out to the... More

We've just returned from 4 nights at Coed-y-Celyn. Michael and Tracy are fantastic hosts- very friendly, with plenty of local knowledge and suggestions for getting the most out of your visit. They've put a lot of effort in to the property. We were in Apartment 7-the attic rooms. There's a large landing with plenty of books and shoe storage. The... More

We had such a wonderful time. Lovely apartment - well equipped and tastefully decorated. It was immaculate throughout. Michael and Tracey were the perfect hosts. The local town was only a couple of miles away and contained everything you might need. Truly, this was a wonderful short break. Thoroughly recommend it.

We would recommend this accommodation for it's position in Betws y Coed, close but far enough away and backed on to a lovely river walk. It was spotlessly clean and supremely comfortable. Owners very friendly and helpful.

The apartment in the old servant's quarters was great. It very spacious, with separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen/dining room. It's well equipped, for those who like to eat in. There are plenty of excellent quality restaurants in the village, though I wouldn't recommend walking in, as the road has no footpath for some of the way. The nearest restaurant is... More

A warm and friendly welcome by Michael & Tracy, with lots of useful advises as to what to visit in the area. The house is perfect, very quiet and well furnished. There was everything that could be expected, very clean, plenty of games for the evenings with the children.
