The owner owns two pubs and go between the two. I am surprised that you have no response ask for the name of the other place and email both place be polite with you issues and ask them to address your concerns you insist on a response and keep emailing everyday, also tell them you will revue them on trip adviser. and number you emails normally does the trick quite nicely, do not give up!!!!
