Booked this hotel as we were attending a nearby wedding at Trevor Hall. We did struggle to get. Taxi so if you're def best to book in advance. Rooms were lovely and clean with a v spacious bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the views are lovely. It's a shame we couldn't spend more time here but we'd...

Lovely room with some very nice touches, brass bedstead, luxury linen and draw liners etc. Large bathroom, everywhere cleaned to a high standard and a nice guest lounge where I was able to pick up the Wi-Fi. Warm and helpful hosts.

A warm welcome to a quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable guest house. We had the family room at the back - no lovely view but the advantage of a warm sheltered decked area to sit out in at a time of cool winds. Brilliant breakfasts - plenty of choice and all perfectly prepared and presented. Our only minor disappointment was...

Thank you for the lovely review and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay in room 1. The front facing rooms do fill up very quickly, because of the outstanding the view, but as mentioned, room 1 does have a little privacy with it's decking area, brilliant when the sun shines!

Stayed 2 nights in early May. Julie and her daughters were very gracious hosts. Our room was at the front of the house looking over the gardens, the Dee Valley and the hills. The room was large, nicely furnished with a well appointed en-suite. Good linen and towels. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of cold and made...

i couldn't have asked for a better stay in Llangollen. Not only was the location/ accommodation/ breakfast fabulous. The hosts Mark & his family went above & beyond what they "needed" to do to make a guest feel at home. I understand that they're moving to their own guest house soon. When they move, anytime I'm in Llangollen again I'm...

Stayed with extended family for 1 night in December after a day out in Llangollen and an evening in the hotel bar. All our party's rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless and the breakfast was spot on as well. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and only too happy to assist with everything, including some pretty bizarre cocktail...

Stayed for one night in October with our children and parents as we was attending the Day Out with Thomas. The service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food quality was superb. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, overall an enjoyable stay would definitely recommend and hopefully...

Stayed one night on business, good experience. Staff were friendly, room was a good size and spotless. Bathroom was clean and functional. There is ample parking and it's easy to get to. Breakfast in the morning was nice, I had a cooked breakfast which is cooked to order. The view from the bar/dining room is marvellous

The views from this venue are picturesque - and the service is quick and with a smile. We stayed two nights and our room was clean and comfortable. The ensuite had a lovely bath and the room came kitted out with all the usuals. Staying here we also benefitted from the wonderful restaurant, offering creative dishes in the evening and...
