Wonderful little houses to stop in for Great location just outside of Llangollen! Plenty of space for 12 of us (we had 2 cottages). It was so private it was perfect for out get away! We went and stopped for a hen weekend and it had plenty of space all around! Great views, good location! Would recommend!

The location was perfect for what we needed, Phil was excellent at giving directions and accommodated a late arrival which helped our situation a lot. The apartment was clear and tidy however I would suggest that the place isn't really suited for 4 people in the living area because it is a tight squeeze, having said that.. you aren't in...

We recently spent a few nights at the Chalet, advertised as sleeping 4-6 people. We were a group of 5. Booking and instructions for accessing the accommodation were straightforward and the staff were extremely helpful over the phone. The location of the Chalet is stunning and the accommodation itself was clean. Unfortunately, though, this was overshadowed by what was on...

Stayed in the Snug. Nice bedroom, great power shower in bathroom, kitchen clean and tidy. The views are stunning and the peace and quiet is therapeutic. Very convenient for visiting Llangollen and well placed for exploring the rest of N Wales.

Beautiful location, minutes from Llangollen, visit Abbey Farm and Abbey, plenty to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we booked the chalet and were very disappointed as the photos do not reflect the reality. It is a small property and four are cramped in it. Shower room is tiny, no furniture on the balcony, cleanliness an issue, felt damp...

Great views and location but sadly the accommodation was shabby. The cooker was dirty and broken, armchairs sticky and sweat stained although covered by a throw. Bedroom nice and large but poorly furnished. Terrace furniture consisted of a few old chairs, lots of peeling varnish, pile of leaves and cobwebs. I could go on... On the plus side the bathroom...

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday (also brought our young daughter) upon entry we were majorly disappointed. The carpets were old and dirty it was freezing cold it was so dated! And looked nothing like how it's advertised. My daughter wrapped herself up to keep warm and we put on the two electric fires provided and the fire alarm...

We hired several of the cottages for a group of us on a hen party. The space overall was really good and the living area was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen is not fully equipped for people who would actually cook a proper meal and we had to clean all the utensils before use. The cottages are tired...

Upon arrival of the property we found that there was uneven ground, which was littered by ends of cigarettes. To get to the property we have to climb some uneven steps which on the last day became a hazard to my mother who fell and nearly twisted her ancle. The property was kept moderately clean and had lovely views from...

Neglected, uncomfortable, rundown. Not very clean. Booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night, cut our losses and booked into a hotel. Looks out over car park not garden as in description. Rusty unusable barbecue. Needs a lot of tlc and better seating
