It's situated beautifully and you can see to Llandudno and Conwy Castle from their Observation Lounge. Please be aware that it's a steep walk from towncentre so have water ready. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Just a few minutes from the town centre, YHA Conwy was an excellent location for a short break in North Wales. Really impressed with the location and views and the amenities were all very good. Friendly welcome and offer to have evening meal and breakfast in the dining room. We were pleased with the 4 bunk family room, spotlessly clean... More

Stayed here for one night and it just wasn't enough. My 10 yo dragged her feet to leave. Great YHA and really friendly staff and managers. Incredible safe enclosed open space for the kids to run around. Organised activities - archery was a big hit. Games room, bar serving drinks to keep adults happy ;). Best of all a family... More

Just spent a wonderful couple of days in Conwy being looked after by the wonderful staff at YHA hostel. Super friendly and helpful. Ideally located close to the picturesque town. Clean and well catered dining facilities, adequate accommodation, high pressure showers, kiddie safe environment with morning activities to give parents time to organise or relax. The YHA in Conwy looks close to the station on the map but don't try walking there with heavy luggage. On the other hand it's a great place for the oldies to reaffirm their fitness. Having toured England in the 60s with my dad, staying at YHAs ranging from Black Sail to Stow on the Wold, I was surprised by... More

Stayed in August on a two night stay. This was our first YHA stay. The staff are really great and helpful and the facilities are clean. Prices of drinks and facilities are reasonable and the self catering facilities are good. A great facility in a great location.

We stayed at the YHA in Conwy last weekend and we were a large party of 42 people & this hostel was perfect. Great location, clean well located rooms & friendly staff.
