If you want a home from home stay this is the place to be! This family run B&B is excellent the hosts Chris, Jenny and Becky were amazing nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The rooms are very clean and tidy and everything you need and some nice little extra touches too! The breakfast was excellent with a great selection and all cooked to perfection! Overall I would highly recommend this B&B and we will certainly be booking in again next year!! Steve and Claire

It does exactly what it says on the tin . Welcoming , clean , basic . Good breakfast and great choice ( smoked or unsmoked bacon , brown bread or brown with seeds ) never had so much attention to detail for a brekkie . Bit of a hike from main road up the steps to front door , be careful if dark . If you are looking for a base to put your head down at night and a good breakfast it is ideal . 10 mins into conwy . For a decent evening of drink and food go to the mulberry on the marina . Fantastic location and staff v welcoming .

My husband and I stayed for 1 night whilst I was taking part in the Conwy half marathon. It is perfectly situated- less than 10 minutes walk to the quay side. We stayed on the very top floor, the room was spotlessly clean, spacious and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and the owners very friendly and helpful. Excellent value would definitely stay again without hesitation!

It was a bit of a flying visit but so very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, nice and warm, comfy bed and lovely attention to detail. Excellent breakfast and a 5 minute walk from the sights. Will be back.
