The Erskine Arms is perfectly located just opposite the train station, and a short walk from Conwy Castle and city walls. Upon arrival several hours ahead of check-in time, I was welcomed warmly and delighted to find that I could check-in early. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the restaurant was perfect for dinner and breakfast the next morning. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I would recommend Conwy as a beautiful city to visit ... and the Erskine Arms as the perfect place in town to stay!

We stayed here for the first night of a road trip around Wales and it turned out to be the best of all the hotels which we stayed in. The room was modern, a good size with quality furniture and a king sized bed. We also dined at the hotel in the library which is reserved for hotel guests only and had an excellent meal with good quality wines. Staff were also very attentive and helpful

This was such a precious place to say. Would highly recommend for any couple or small group coming into Conwy. Great location. Cute rooms. Our only slightly negative feedback would be the firm bed and the heat (granted this was out of the hotel’s control) but would have been nice to have had a fan in the room. The shower pressure was amazing. Overall, a decent hotel with excellent food in the restaurant in a perfect, central location.
