Recently stayed here for a weekend with fellow bikers for riding round Wales. Excellent safe and secure parking for our motorbikes. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast set us up for our day. Host Kev was helpfull with recommendations for our evening meal and drinks. I would definately stay again. Loved the rear garden with ducks, chickens and numerous birds in the...

After pricing around town, my partner and I decided on The Guest House and glad we did. The room was cosy and heated (we are from Brisbane AU so warmth is good) with a small yet functional shower. The morning meal was delicious and big and very tasty although we slept in half hour after the time we ordered it....

2 day family stop over. What a lovely place! Kids didn't want to leave. Lots of animals and birds around; the kids loved collecting hen eggs for breakfast. Really cosy, clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. My one complaint would be that the kids (fold out) beds were pretty hard, which they both complained about. However all considered, I would recommend...

My six year old daughter loved the parrots, chickens, ducks and fish. The food was excellent. The room was comfortable with a nice shower. There was a nearby park with a trampoline for small children.

The ensuite rooms are comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. The breakfasts are super, very varied choices. The only thing we found that the wifi didn't connect...

I stayed for 3 nights, and found the room to be very quiet and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept entertained by Cinders the cat. Only a short walk from town centre, 20 minutes from Station. Breakfast was outstanding.

Delightful Guest house, I personally like the animals and parrots in the dining room. The cages are clean and so is the dining room. I stay I a lot of travel lodges/guest houses due to my job. It was refreshing to have a friendly, relaxed environment, not to corporate. Fantastic traditional breakfast, locally sourced, defiantly in my top 5.
