Its 4 miles from bangor not 2 miles as stated on website, its about £24 return journey to Bangor by taxi! toilet leaking, bath blocked, no milk for tea in building, light bulbs fused, tv remote not working properly.

Good customer service and clean and nice location. Reception staff are very helpful. I asked for local Taxy. They called on behalf of me. Clean room. Nice. It is a nice hotel. I will come next holiday.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation, clean, well maintained, welcoming staff to greet you on arrival as well as explain the room/ door closing hours. Room was clean, basic, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. It was very quiet, couldn't hear neighbours or corridor talk. An overall good night stay.

We travelled down from the north east of England and stayed for 4 nights. There is free parking directly outside and it's a great location to use as a base to explore Snowdonia etc. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were really friendly and the rooms extremely quiet and appeared to be clean...however, this is where the BUT comes in...my...

We stayed for a couple of nights and we couldn't complain. It was clean and the the room was tidy, it was also quite even though it was by a busy road. The food complex isn't open to late so you have to go on a trip out to hunt for food if you get hungry after a certain time.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is typical low budget like every other Travelodge but it has great location to near mountains. It is only 15 min Llyn Ogwen and Pen-y-beglong which was our starting point for hiking tours. There is restaurant little chef (also burger king) opened 7.00-22.00 and also petrol station selling groceries. It is...

When we first arrived at the Travelodge we were greeted with a smile and check-in was nice and quick. The room was of an average standard but we didn't expect anything too great as it is a Travelodge and we were only staying for one night. There isn't much around the area, however, we were only in Bangor to go...

The place is a run down dump in a run down Little Chef services. The are no variety of foods to choose from or restaurants within waling distance. It has nothing more than a Burger king!!! There are no signs out the front. Even half the lights were out. So dimly lit its not funny. What a dump..... AVOID at...

Stayed in the accessable room and i was shocked. I don't know what was meant to be disabled friendly. The beds were so low and narrow my husband kept nearly falling out of bed. And the bathroom! Well it was just that, it had a bath in it!!!! Granted there were grab rails around the toilet and bath but what...
