After reading other reviews we clearly had a lucky escape. Upon arrival receptionist lady was pleasant. We were told to "take a deep breath" as the lift was broken and we were on the top floor. (Has been out of order for at least 6 years going by other reviews) we had a "sea vie

Nice hotel right on the seafront. We were lucky enough to have a sea view which was amazing. Large room, comfortable beds, bathroom a little dated but nice powerful shower. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee and bottles of water provided in the room. Parking on the seafront, 4 hours f

Everything apart from the breakfast was awful!! For the money they charged, £150 a night in this instance, everything should have been better. I had the distinct feeling the manager knew the hotel was fully booked and he was going to get a ruck of complaints so he disappeared for

Is the lift working also breakfast is it cereals
No working lift for over 6 years to my knowledge. Find somewhere else to stay, this place is an absolute joke. I wouldn't even classify it as a second rate B&B, never mind a hotel. Breakfast did have some cereals and lukewarm English breakfast that is served buffet style. Coffee is awful, avoid at all costs. Rooms are outdated, dingy and grubby - bathrooms are out of the ark
