My wife and I stayed while visiting the International Ceramics festival and had a wonderful time in this beautiful Hotel. The building is a grand house from late 1800's with many original features and the view is simply fantastic. We stayed in the main house with views over the fields and found the room to be clean, period décor and...

The hotel was being decorated when I stayed. It looked a bit "tired" but should look brighter with a lick of paint! It has an "old world" charm. My room was very spacious and even had 2 TVs! The view was amazing! The breakfast menu had plenty of Welsh sourced items, but disappointed that there wasn't a vegetarian cooked breakfast....

We stayed at the Conrah Hotel for 2 nights as it was our daughters graduation. What a fantastic place. Beautiful setting, characterful building, really helpful, friendly, polite staff. Lots of thought has been given to ensure local produce and flavours are used in all meals. Really recommend the full Welsh breakfast. The evening meal looked a bit pricey for 'hotel...

We spent a lovely three days at this charming country house hotel which is quietly being revived by its new owners after many unloved years. It has great opportunities and when fully restored (with perhaps a faster integrated WiFi please!) will undoubtedly be a much sought-after haven. Manager Nathan Biggs and his team looked after us very well and could...

We arrived at the Conrah with parent & grandparent of 97yrs old. I had contacted the hotel prior to the weekend as needed a room near the lift without stairs/steps for our grandmother. They put her in a big, comfortable room, a little shabby but with a huge bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. My mother was put in the room...

As for many students in Aber (1988-96), the name of the Conrah signifies the local 'posh country hotel'. It's still good, but needs a bit of TLC under the new management. We stayed one night in rooms 1 and 2 - a double and a twin. The location is good - a few miles outside Aberystwyth, and quite easy to...

I usually stay at the Conrah for business but this time went as a private guest taking my two young children plus father. We were all warmly welcomed and the rooms we were allocated were first class. We indulged in the restaurant once we had settled the children and we treated to top rate food and service. Breakfast was enjoyed...
