A lovely room. The place was clean and characterful, and we loved it! The staff were friendly and polite, the building is beautiful and unusual. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We were not bothered by noise but we we're on the second floor and out for most of the evening. We are definitely going...

We booked in to the 'hotel' at a very average bar, wooden floors no frills working mans bar, the room was ok but certainly not up to Premium standard like we booked, very noisy at night, bed uncomfortable. In all it was ok but not worth £100 for 1 night.

Slightly off putting bar downstairs but as a quiet, clean bed for the night a great location. Easy walk into the town for restaurants etc and very near the castle ruins. The rooms have obviously recently been re-furbished & re-carpeted.

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is well located for the town and seafront. The room was clean and well decorated, breakfast is served in your room but is excellent value at an extra £5 per person. Staff are very friendly.

There's not a great deal of high quality accommodation in Aberystwyth. In fact, I've found none at all. For me, this is a well positioned hotel, being slightly away from the main town centre and more within a residential area near to the marina. That's not to say it's far from the town centre, because it's not. Takes around 5...

I was sold on this place because it was 4 star hotel and the photos looked great. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are grotty the carpet is filthy the shower is covered in mould. The doona cover is stained too. Would definitely not recommend the hotel. I am very disappointed.

Stayed here for a graduation ceremony. The hotel is above the bar. From the outside it looked a bit tired however the rooms were very nice indeed. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and nice decor. The lady in charge was pleasant and helpful. The barman was also friendly. Something to be aware of bar doesn't open till 3pm weekdays. I would...

...not without a couple of flies in the ointment. We, like other reviewers, found parking a bit hard going, but it's in a street right next to the promenade, in a high-density residential area. It's difficult to hold the hotel accountable for that. We also had to wait a few minutes for a member of staff to appear to check...

You really can't call this a hotel, no hotel facilities like food Continental breakfast £5 extra! A few eating establishments near by, but nothing exciting Parking horrendous on the street! Lots of stairs to climb, no help offered, actually the checkin was poor and the girl clearly wasn't to happy that day The rooms however, very different story - lovely,...

We booked one night to end a short coastal break further South. Aberystwyth was the perfect staging post heading north to Snowdon and then home. This hotel was realistically priced and appeared well situated. The rooms are refurbed and the Staff fab. However the Pub below the rooms is open until 2:30am in the week and 4:30am at the weekend....
