Sun. 27/11/16, visited Diglis House Hotel for an evening meal. Given a seat overlooking the River. The food was very good especially the scallops. The Waiter Sam was first rate, a credit to the Hotel. When in the area I will return for another meal. Highly recommended.

We just spent a wonder night at this hotel. We had dinner which was superbly cooked and presented and then spent a very peaceful night in room 2, which overlooks the river Severn. Breakfast, again, was very good. The only down side to the stay was we (or indeed, our satnav)had difficulty finding the hotel in Worcester’s maze of streets.... More

Excellent one night stay. Super location to explore Worcester. Room overlooking the river in the annex, not the biggest but very comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. We had dinner in the restaurant and very impressed with the menu and the quality of food. It was personal dining as we were the only people there, lovely experience. Very good breakfast. Overall... The hotel is a nice looking building a short walk from the City Centre and a short drive from the M5. It is beside the river which provides a beautiful backdrop for the restaurant. The rooms are well fitted out if not huge. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bar is pleasant and well stocked. The... More

Good parking here which is rare in Worcester. The hotel is right by the river Severn and the paths leading to the cathedral and town run alongside of the... More

In the restaurant for a family lunch... • Discontinued items on the menu • Very slow service. 40 minutes wait for two burgers and grilled Camembert. No explanation or apology when asked about the delay • Very average food and service; plain burgers in cold rolls, no dressing or relish or sauces. Sorry to say, we will not be returning... More

This is a Georgian house overlooking the River Severn, located in a quiet backwater near the Cathedral. Some rooms are in the main house, with additional rooms in an Annex at the end of the garden (which also has resident squirrels). Rooms are comfortable, well equipped, on-suite, with Wi-fi and warm (we needed to turn off the heating). The hotel's... More
