When we finally found the Henwick it looked very nice. The Landlady, Dawn, rushed down from her home across the road to greet us. In fact, she seemed to rush everywhere, house to hotel, around the grounds, putting out the rubbish bags. The only time she slowed down was at breakfast time. The breakfast was very good, large selection of...

Unfortunately, some people have to whine and groan to make life complete. There are too many inaccuracies and downright lies in this review to respond separately to them individually. For your information, however, it costs me £30 to replace each key set and fob.

Quiet location and pleasant gardens. There were about 12 units, some of which were wooden chalets in the garden. The ambience of the gardens was marred by private, keep out and no smoking notices. The staff carried out their duties in a perfunctory manner. Our 'superior' room had no window to open when the weather was very warm - you...

Rooms are nice and clean grounds are lovely views are fantastic but the landlady could do with enjoying what she is doing rather than making people feel like you are invading her home but on the plus side she does do a good breakfast even if it does take half an hour

This was a great find via booking.com. Quiet (up an unmade track in a quiet village). Great location. Well renovated and maintained. Clean, warm and dry. Great welcome. Breakfast stunning. Good deal with local pub (the blue bell- also to be sampled. A treat). Can highly recommend

I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to get away somewhere peaceful, I've never stopped anywhere so peaceful before the views are lovely looking over Worcester, over all a very pleasant stay, I would definitely stop again, lovely and helpful staff too! The Malvern hills aren't that far of a drive away too

We had 2 rooms, 1 twin &1 double . The twin room was like a log cabin inside , lovely and clean , warm and cosy . The double room was in a barn conversion . It was very spacious, comfy bed , well equipt. Lovely view over the gardens . We had breakfast on our first morning. You could...

I stayed at Henwick House for a period early in 2016. Firstly in a room behind the conservatory and then in the Shepherds Hut. From day one I was made to feel welcome by Dawn and Jon. I had a lot going on in my life at the time and the peace and quiet were just what I needed. They...

My husband and I have just this lovely weekend hideaway. We will definitely be going back as the hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding and we didn't need to eat anything else all day. We stayed in a private lodge in the grounds which had great facilities and was very warm.

I stayed here almost every week for two years - Jon and Dawn are fantastic hosts and serve a fantastic breakfast with locally sourced produce. I've stayed in all the rooms and enjoyed them all, though prefered the one's outside the main house as it was easier to go out of the room and have a cigarette. Should I ever...

Booked for two nights but thankfully only actually stayed overnight on 6th February 2016. Driving in heavy rain and darkness Henwick House was difficult to find. The website offers no explanatory directions except for a map showing it to be in the middle of nowhere. It is positioned several hundred yards up a long narrow dirt track. A super lady...
