Arrived after 9pm due to a tyre blowout to find our pre-ordered meals ready to sit down to without any fuss or waiting. The wine list was good. The rooms were spotless and well equipped, good en-suite facilities and an excellent hearty breakfast to suit all tastes. The staff were polite and courteous, and our short overnight stay was as...

Really surprised by the reviews that say the hotel isn't dog friendly , we couldn't move for dogs all catered for with water and very welcome. Lovely food, we had Sunday lunch, restaurant beautifully furnished, good choice of food and for vegetarian . Have the onion rings, amazing ❤️

Following a short walk on the beautiful hills our small group had booked the lower ground floor room for lunch- about 12 people and 6 dogs A growing feature of this place over the years I have visited is the standard of customer service , which is definately getting worse. This is most evidenced by the owner/ manager and senior...

A member of staff was so unpleasant to one of our friends, she was too upset to stay so went home without lunch. She didn't miss much as the roast beef was awful, thin, over cooked and dry. It had clearly been sliced earlier then reheated for serving....not what one expects for Sunday lunch. Reception staff were very friendly.

Our family group of 5 arrived hungry and eager for hot drinks and something tasty for breakfast. We were kept waiting at the bar trying to order some food for so long, by the time we were acknowledged we were told breakfast was not being served now and we would have to wait 30 mins before we could order lunch....

Had a family room for three adults plus dog which was quite large. Staff helpful and very dog friendly. Dogs allowed in the bar area ... So you have breakfast and dinner there if you have a dog. Very difficult to fault. Whilst we had good weather... No facilities for a muddy dog!!

arriving at the hotel, the place looked great, and the restaurant room was so pretty, nicely laid out and wonderful views - then you are greeted with both ignorance and very poor understanding and approach about client service, as well as complete ignorance in relation to cooking and recipes!

I have been going to the Malvern Hills Hotel for years, and enjoyed their food at various times of the day, including smoke salmon breakfast. This recent visit, however, was just for coffee, and oh how they missed the mark! I suppose the problem is competition, there are many places in the area to get good coffee reasonably priced, so...
