Another enjoyable stay with amazing food and excellent staff. This is a " go to" place if you're looking to relax in beautiful surroundings. This was our 4th visit and it just gets better. We look forward to returning again later this year.

We stayed for two nights on a Travelzoo offer having been attracted by the imposing hotel exterior and grounds. We felt that the hotel interior appears tired and dated in certain areas and some of the furniture in the room was faded with some wallpaper edges near the window starting to lift. The room carpet was stained and in the...

I regularly stay in Dumbleton Hall and I am never disappointed. This time, the staff has been particularly helpful with my requirements for a silent room and for special meals. I greatly appreciated their kind attention. The walks around the property are outstanding in every season. The hotel itself offers various welcoming spaces to read, chat or eat, all in...

Stayed for one night on a Travelzoo deal. The drive to the hotel was through lovely grounds and it felt like a special place before we even got through the door. The Hall itself is magnificent. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that a member of staff was talking to the receptionist when we arrived...

Just had a couple of nights at Dumbleton. We had a lovely room which was absolutely spotless and gleaming! The first night we had a three course dinner which was part of the deal we had bought. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. On the second evening we decided to have a bar meal, which...

A perfect stay in a beautiful country house hotel steeped in history. We felt truly pampered from beginning to end. On arrival we were checked in by a friendly and helpful receptionist in the grand hall warmed by a roaring log fire. When asked if we could possibly have a room with a bath this was no trouble at all....

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff are very friendly and always had a smile and are happy to engage in conversation. The food is excellent. There are lots of places of interest all within close proximity to Dumbleton Hall. Tewkesbury, although an ancient town has an excellent and vibrant centre which includes one of the most interesting Abbeys. We...

We had a lovely two night stay in your historic hall set in such a marvelous location , I think we will have to come again when the weather improves and the leaves are on the trees. NOT complaints but constructive comments :- The bedroom curtain linings were very ripped and tatty , I would have thought for the quality...

We had a really good stay here with friends. The hotel is very authentic, real country house and not these pretend "country house" hotels that one can find. The history of the house is fascinating and I could imagine generations of children running up and down the stairs and all around the gorgeous gardens, with a lake, swans, ducks and...
