Charles house is 5 mins from Windsor town centre very good for a weekend break. Spotlessly clean room with fridge and a comfy bed. Would recommend for a short break. Plenty of places to get breakfast and a local supermarket across the road.

Stayed in the Elizabeth Room on the ground floor. One of the largest rooms we've ever stayed in. The fridge was very welcome as less places now provide them. The supermarket over the road has everything a hungry and thirsty traveler requires. Despite being on a busy corner there is no noise inside the bedroom. Our problem was sleeping in...

Had an enjoyable stay at Charles House a couple of nights ago. The room is clean and comfortable, the en suite bathroom and shower is quite small but perfectly serviceable and the room was quiet. It's only a ten minute walk or so into the main town centre so very easily accessible, and right by the long stay car park...

Stayed here with my husband and 2 other couples for a wedding in Windsor. Great location with warm and immaculately clean rooms. Pin code access to rooms meant we were totally free to come and go as we pleased. Large fridge provided and also table with two chairs (for eating on) and tea/coffee making facilities. Co-op shop just across the...

Stayed here just for one night. Very large spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The added bonus was a small terrace. Very clean Easy access to room with your own pin number. Good selection of hot drinks. The hotel is in a perfect location for all shops and parking only 2 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and will return...

This is not my first stay at this location, won't be the last, having used it whilst on business and for pleasure purposes. It is a great location: for Windsor and the area with plenty of good pubs and restaurants, for central London as trains run straight into Waterloo or Reading and for Twickenham (rugby ground), which is what this...

We recommend this guest house, very close to Windsor castle and town center. Good to know that bus nr 8 will take you all the way from Heathrow Airport just outside the guest house less than an hour for 4.90£/p. Really neat and clean room, WiFi, TV, hair dryer etc. A super market just across the street. Only minus is...

My three criteria for a guest-house are that it has to be clean, comfortable, and have good wifi. This had all these - and a very good shower as well. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the centre of Windsor. The surrounding area is a bit drab and the traffic is noisy, but once inside the bedroom,...

We have had another pleasant stay at Charles House. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We were there for the races and this hotel is very convenient. We booked the whole place for family and all the rooms were of the same standard. We did meet the owner who said we can call her anytime. Thank...

Description of the property was spot on. Great location to Windsor Castle and the shops, cafes, restaurants, etc with a supermarket just over the road do very handy. Communication was excellent and self check in very easy. As with other reviews you can hear the road moise which doesn't bither us...but we visited in the heat wave and as with...
