The place was empty when we arrived but the food was, well, some of the best! I had Shepherds Pie with peas. The pie looked homemade...

This hotel is in a great location and parking is free. The building is lovely and we received a friendly welcome at reception when we checked in. We were on the second floor but be warned there is no lift. This didn't bother us and we were happy to carry our luggage up ourselves - there was no offer of...

I booked two rooms in this hotel for some family coming down to visit me. I cant rate the place highly enough. From the outside it looks a little tired but inside its spotless. We stayed here as we attended a private house party on new years eve in the area. The location was brilliant, as was the room. Slightly dated although clean, no damage to anything and large in size. The things that perfect our stay was upon arrival we were told that as compliments of the manager, as it was new years...

We stayed here last night and ate in the Trevi restaurant for our Christmas party,. Such friendly helpful staff, excellent food in true Italian restaurant style and all at fantastic value. This place is a secret gem which i am not sure I want to share as it deserves to be at the top of everyone's list when staying in...

I arrived at the hotel rainy day and very cold in the late afternoon. They offer very nice Italian food at the restaurant. Room is old but very nice view in the morning. Room rate is so good and nice breakfast is included.

Having stayed in a lot of hotels in Maidenhead over the years, this was my first at the Thames Hotel. The location was great, sat right on the river with bars and restaurants a short walk away. My only real complaint is that certain areas could do with some updating. My room was comfortable but tired looking (a quick repaint...
