Staff are really lovely and customer service is great, plus the place itself is cosy and the beer garden is gorgeous. Just was disappointed with the food as it seemed really expensive for what it is. £10 for a mushroom burger and fries which pretty much consisted of a single mushroom in a bun with some salad and a small...

That the New Inn is a lovely old building goes without saying. However the kitchen is excellent and the food well prepared and nicely presented. My only negative would be that the bread is boring industrial stuff - but that is not enough to remove a star. The service is first class. The young manager has assembled a delightful group...

Our taxi driver said this is his favorite pub, so after we toured the Cathedral, we had a pint or two before catching our train back to London. Great decision. Did not try the food, but the brew and atmosphere more than met our expectations.

Very warm welcome - offered a taster of beer. Wonderful log fires in both bars we looked in. Friendly, smiley faces and brilliant service. Toilets 21st century - ultra modern - superb - very clean. Well worth a visit - very close to Cathedral (a minutes walk) and city centre.

This pub is one of the most friendly in Salisbury. It is warm and cosy offering a decent drink and service with a smile. It is authentic and friendly as well as being dog friendly, so after a sunday afternoon walk it is a great rest stop for a drink and a roast. The roast is delicious and very reasonably...

This is a nice pub separated into different areas and it feels quite cosy. There were quite a few people turning up with their dogs as it is a dog friendly pub, personally I think that's nice but It may not suit everybody. We didn't eat here but the dinning areas seemed to be really busy & the food looked...

Roaring fire, tasty pub grub (we had burgers on arrival), Badger on tap, an authentic rustic pub in it's own right! Pub atmosphere till 11.30pm although we had a perfect quiet & comfy nights sleep in well presented & clean bedroom in a room above the public bar area. Warm room on a cold winter night. Modern bathroom across the...

We booked with them and paid on booking with Booking.com. When we checked out, they charged us for the room so we paid by credit card. There was a miscommunication between spouses and we didn't realize we had paid twice until we got our credit card statement. We emailed them and got no response at all. We emailed Booking.com and...
