Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Not only were the hotel staff welcoming and friendly, they went out of their way for us to make our stay special! We were treated like royalty and had the best stay! The room service and mini bar were so reasonably priced and tasted great! Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, big comfortable beds and great service!

We booked for a champagne afternoon tea to celebrate an important birthday. The Porter's Lodge location was ideal - quiet and elegant. The staff could not do enough for us to ensure we had everything we needed and that we had a good time. The food was quite delicious with an excellent selection of sandwiches, scones and a huge selection...

This hotel is beautiful, with real character, gorgeous reception area and lovely furnished rooms, very clean and well presented. The thing for me was the soundproofing in our room from the road noise outside, we stayed in room 410 but the hotel it situated on the city one way loop so the traffic going past is really heavy, even until...

Second stay at this hotel and you really cannot go wrong from the price. I paid £81 again (same as last year) through Booking.com for a double room. Had room 210 this time, directly underneath my the room I had last December. Obviously same layout so was a bit of de ja vu! Check in once again very efficient -...

Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay to visit Leeds for the first time and do some Christmas shopping. The hotel can not be faulted for cleanliness and location. Our deluxe room was on the fourth floor, was spacious and very comfortable. The only slight gripe was that it was on the same floor as the breakfast room. No...

We had a one night stay with friends. We booked a standard room while our friends booked a suite. Both were excellent. We were using it as a base for a night out in Leeds and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and when one of our party left a bag in reception the bag was returned...

Arrived at 1pm as we had arranged early check in. The receptionist was so rude and made us feel very uncomfortable, even my husband commented on her saying she was scary. The room was lovely, it was a deluxe, quite dark though. The bathroom was fantastic, the bath was so deep it was like a mini pool! We were trying...

We stayed three nights on room only basis, breakfast seemed a little expensive at £15 each and we found plenty of local cafes. Handy for the railway station but very strict on the 3pm check in - no chance of getting a room early. I know old buildings are meant to be quirky, have stayed in many, but the arrangements...

Had an fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great and bed was really comfy. Conveniently located to explore Leeds shopping and nightlife. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as looking at the menu it was overpriced for what you were getting. Overall a great stay and would return.

I tend to visit quite a few hotels when seeing concerts but i have never felt so welcome as I did at Quebecs. I wear hoodies and have stayed in several high class hotels in leeds with the mind set of if I can afford it I'll dress like I want to. I was treated like everyone else and it...
