We took our eldest grandson for a shopping trip to Leeds, so that he could spend his birthday money on clothes of his choice. The hotel is within 15 minutes walk of the main shopping areas. The family room we had was very clean and comfortable, and had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was good, with selection of cereals, fresh...

Friendly customer service, good parking, smart clean and comfortable rooms and a short walk into the town centre are all highlights of this hotel. Good value and decent free breakfast also. Only recommendations are to ask for a room on a high floor at the back to minimise noise and to check out the nearby Corner Cafe curry house!

In Leeds for a get to get her with friends, hotel well located, clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. As with all the major chains you know what you are getting in the rooms before you arrive so the attention of the staff is really the defining factor

Stayed here this weekend for one night and was well worth the money! Two of us stayed in a twin room for 27.90 each. Arrived early and staff more than happy to check us in early. Rooms big, clean and tidy and beds very comfortable and had a large free view TV, iron/ironing board, hairdryer. Well maintained hotel and a...

Our daughter and partner are adopting a little boy. On Friday it was the official court hearing when he officially became theirs. As we had to be in court by 9am in Leeds, and we live in Manchester,we thought it would be better to stay nearby overnight on the Thursday. Wise decision. Holiday Inn express was superb as always, lovely...

We were visiting our daughter and needed a bed for the night with no frills as we planned to be out and about most of the time. We received a warm welcome when checking in. The room was clean and, importantly, the bed was comfortable. Good value we thought as well. Beware that there is an additional charge for parking....

We spent a night in Leeds and needed accommodation close to the Arena to see a show. The hotel was ideally situated for both the city centre shops and the Arena. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast9included in the price!) was also very good. We will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a works evening out. Secure parking at a small charge, excellent value for money at a cost of £62 including parking for the night as well as breakfast. The check in was quick and efficient and the chap was friendly and helpful. We were on the top floor, the room was clean...
