Stayed at this hotel after buying a groupon deal for the friday night and added the saturday night as extra because of partners birthday treat. When we arrived we were greeted by pleasant staff and showed to our fantastic room. We both enjoyed our stay and vowed to visit again. Beautiful village and a lovely gem of a hotel.

I went mid week and I was very impressed. My room was clean but also charming with a 4 poster bed prominent. The bathroom has a good shower, there were complimentary tea coffee and busicuits. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The host is very hospitable and the building is at the beginning of the historic Cobbled stone village. So a...

At the bottom of the cobbled street the Old Registry is a wonderful place to stay as it retains all its original charm and decor but has added top rate service and friendliness along with excellent food. The dinner was outstanding and the fresh cooked full "Yorkshire" breakfast as good as it gets. Our room boasted a view onto the...

It's been four years since our last stay at the Old Registry but so happy to have been able to stay again, the years have not made any difference to the relaxing and comfortable surroundings that we experienced yet again. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive, the rooms quirky, beds amazingly comfortable and breakfast tasty...

We recently stayed here for two nights. We were in the Lavender room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot chocolate and biscuits were lovely. The bathroom needs some TLC though and the shower needs to be sorted out as the handle is falling off the door. We had an evening meal on one evening and the food was...

We had a lovely weekend here for my partners birthday recently. We had the lavender room on the second floor which was very well appointed. There was an issue with the bathroom which was dealt with with good grace by the owners. The breakfasts were delicious and we ate dinner in thr restaurant which was superb. The food was amazing...
