We were given a two night break via Buyagift and we booked this hotel. The hotel is currently being refurbished but we had a large room in the Courtyard annex which was really spacious. Car parking is at the rear of the hotel and is limited but you can normally squeeze in. Breakfast is in the Club room and there...

Hotel is in the middle of refurbishment, some of the comments refer to shabby carpets in places - all true but the room we had was immaculate. The hotel is in the centre of Arundel but to be honest it's hard not to be, Arundel is a lot smaller than i thought it was. We spent 3 nights here and...

The cleanliness of the toilet and sink in our bathroom was so poor we had to ask it to be re-cleaned. This was done, by the MANAGER ?!? All credit to him. However, no compensation was offered & upon checking out, we were required to pay £10 for the parking facilities despite being guests at this hotel! Unlikely to visit...

I asked for a low floor, so we stayed one night in a courtyard room which was great. Well appointed and spotless with lovely toiletries: White Company no less!!! Very good hairdryer. I spoke to someone who was staying in the main part and they said their room was excellent too. All the staff were very, very helpful - even...

We used an Avios vouchers to book this. Room was lovely (recently refurbished) looking over the high street. Good selection for breakfast and well cooked (£10 extra pp). Cheery service behind the bar on Sunday eve meant that we chose to have an evening meal there too which was very tasty. Service from reception helpful and professional. Hotel well located-we...

This hotel is not for couples . We had this break as a gift for our wedding Anniversary. Very disappointed. When we checked in reception the lady was cold and robotic . We had the courtyard room which is away from the actual hotel very pleasant , but you feel removed from the hotel its self , breakfast was nice...

We were a party of around 70. With this in mind I was not expecting to eat a splendid Sunday lunch but I did. There was no hint of mass catering.. Food was well prepared, well cooked and presented. Service was efficient and pleasant. The hotel had 2 bars on the ground floor and both were opened up for us....

We have come here for a romantic quiet get away after many months of stress. We relaxed so much here in this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for Vald, Manu and Daniel who each made our stay wonderful. Compliments to the chef too who created absolutely wonderful food. A truly wonderful stay in comfortable bar areas and room.

The place looks very tired and in need of refurbishment I know its an old historic building but with wall paper etc peeling not a good appearance. The staff are not the most helpful and everything seemed to be an effort for them and didn't want to be there some smiling would have helped. The food I had was good...
