Very comfortable room with an excellent bed. Dinner in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking was excellent. The breakfast was very good too, with a wide range of options.

Stayed in room 007 a Feature Double Room which apparently doubles as the honeymoon suite. This room is in dire need of a very good clean, new bathroom fittings, new mattress and a lick of clean paint. We ate in the restaurant during our stay which was very good, although service was a little hit and miss. The bar service...

We have been visiting Arundel regularly since moving to the area over 3 years ago but have never before found a good restaurant. We have now-the town bar at the Norfolk Arms. My husband saw the special advertised outside as Fish and chips and thought we should try it. What a good idea. The town bar is quite small but...

This was our second visit to Norfolk Arms. The first time we stayed we were in the court yard apartments which we can't fault. This time we were in the main hotel with is dated and quirky. The room was quite large, the bed was comfortable if you like a firmer mattress as we do, the duvet was to heavy...

The hotel is ideally situated in the shadow of the castle. Our room was comfortable and looked out towards the hotel archway. Breakfast was good and plentiful but a later finishing time would be better in the week till 10am. We had a problem with our Buyagift voucher and the hotel was unable to resolve this and I had to...

Excellent value for money. Perfect location ideally situated for attractions and places to eat. Peaceful, comfortable nights sleep followed by a lovely breakfast. Lovely building full of character and history, tastefully modernised but retaining its charm.

Very enjoyable stay at the Norfolk Arms. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out.Staff all friendly and helpful even though the hotel was full. Good food and plenty of it. Car park a added bonus. Room on top floor (no 20) was large and comfortable.only negative would be the lack of a lift but it is an old...

We had booked for two days to see arundel castle tulips and it is within a stones throw of the castle. The room is comfortable, shower nice and hot with a rain water head, bed comfortable, food very scrummy, breakfast was plentyful. Over all experience very enjoyable.

Myself and my partner stayed for two nights over Easter at the Norfolk Arms and we had a great time. The hotel inside is a mixture of modern and old so we were not quite sure what to expect. The hallways leading up to the third floor, where our room was, are quite dated but not in a really bad...
