I stayed here for a few nights for work. The location is great and the parking on site which is right outside reception door. Rooms are warm, clean, tidy and have all the facilities you need. I would easily stay here again. Short walk up the road to the local pub is a bonus if you like real ale. Great...

My husband and I stayed here 24-28/Sep 2016. The location is easy to find and proved to be a great base for exploring the surrounding country side - both Kenilworth Castle and Warwick Castle are a short drive away. We were initially in a room at the top of the hotel - very charming and quaint, clean, tidy. However I'd...

For the second year we booked dinner for twelve to start our New Year celebration and once again had a fabulous meal with great service from the staff, especially Paula who was at hand for our every need. Would highly recommend the fillet steak, fantastic!!!

After being let down by another hotel I was not in a good mood. My partner booked this hotel. When I am moody I really can be to all. Service this hotel was really supportive. We booked this hotel at 6pm and stayed the night on the same day. I called them to give an iTinery of what I needed...

We had the 3 course set menu. Mine was dreadful. Starter. Smoked salmon and prawn salad. Tiny tasteless prawns and salmon with balsamic vinegar which was totally overpowering. Vegetarian main. The menu stated goats cheese and caramelised onion tart with grilled vegetables. What actually arrived was 2 small (not home made) tarts, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy ( I could...

I requested a room big enough to fit a travel cot for my daughter so we were given what was described a family room. It was very run down with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a weird smell coming from the drains. Turns out our room must've been above the bar area making it extremely noisy, making it impossible...

We ate here for my daughter's birthday. All four of us chose different meals and each one was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were hardworking and welcoming and it was good value for money. We chose to eat in the bar area as the restaurant appeared a little too quiet. We visited again shortly after just for drinks with a large...

Party of 18 had the Sunday lunch Christmas menu early doors at 12.00 midday with a variety of choices. Food very average and arrived in poor order. We were the only diners in the place on the early sitting and with three staff serving, the starters could have arrived a lot more together. There appeared to be a mix up...

The room was comfortable, however, there was a stain on the carpet outside bathroom which was wet and it was in need of redecoration along with the corridors. The staff were all very friendly and only too happy to assist. Only stayed the one night. Did not have breakfast due to time constraint.
