If you are looking for a quiet countryside place to stay with a friendly, warm and convivial host then Park Farm House is the place. Rooms are spacious, en-suite and the bed was very comfortable. A hearty breakfast sets one up for the rest of the day. If you don't fancy going out to the pub in an evening Linda...

Coventry is a bit of a hotel desert so I was delighted to discover Linda's B&B only 20 minutes' drive away. Park Farm is a working beef farm set in beautiful countryside. The house is, I think, 17th century, with high ceilings and lovely big windows. My room was comfortable and light, with good coffee and a powerful hot shower....

My wife and I have stayed there several times and it is extremely comfortable with very good facilities and a delicious breakfast. A home from home one might say.You will be made welcome here and I thoroughly recommend it. This is a B&B so hotel ratings are not appropriate.

We had a fabulous stay at Park Farm. Very spacious & comfortiable, extremely welcoming and helpful, I would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be returning next time I'm in Coventry. The views are lovely, breakfast was great and the rooms are large. The land lady couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so at home....

We loved our three nights at Park farm house with our three young children. Linda is a fantastic and naturally welcoming host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. The house is set in beautiful surroundings which make for a very peaceful break. We slept so well in the luxurious bed and being...

What can I say other than everything about this wonderful place exceeded our expectations. We had chosen it because it was in a quiet location yet close enough to Coventry. Also the fact that my husband and I could be accommodated for two nights and my teenage son for only the second of those nights fitted in perfectly. When she...

This is a real gem; so close to Coventry but in a world apart. Linda and Richard are welcoming hosts and the accommodation is excellent. Nearby Shilton has a good pub but Park Farm will do an evening meal if booked in advance. Resident's lounge is warm and comfortable. Breakfast is a treat of variety and farm produce. Bedrooms are...

Linda continues to be a great hostess at Park Farm. Breakfast often includes the farm's own produce and it tastes wonderful setting you up for the day what more could you ask for? If you book in advance for supper then you will be treated to another lovely meal.

Park Farm House is a charming and comfortable spot. The oldest part of the house was built in the mid 17th century, with later modifications throughout the years. It sits in the midst of a working grain and cattle farm, which has been in the owner’s family for a hundred years. The bedroom was ample and very comfortable, with a...

Linda welcomed me at the door and was a really great hostess. The accommodation is very good indeed and dinner (specially cooked for my dinner party) was lovely - very homely but excellent quality. This is a great place to stay and well worth find your way off the beaten track. Linda goes out of her way to please.
