Stayed here for two nights. Location is good as it's close to New street station and Birmingham City Centre. We arrived by car from London and traffic in the area is horrible at peak times, but being Londoners, we can't really complain. There is secure parking within the complex, and it is £10 a night. I say complex as the...

Great apartments for groups and weekend visitors. The guy that checked me in was helpful and friendly and responded nicely to my moans about the below (but couldn't really...

Good priced spacious accommodation. Cheaper than hotel, but with the security that gives peace of mind. And secure parking if you drive. Our flat had two bedrooms a shared bathroom that could be on suite to one bedroom and a good size kitchen, diner, lounge space.

This was our first stay in a serviced apartment, and after a lot of deliberation chose this. We were not disappointed. It was a two bedroom flat, with one toilet, a kitchen and a living area. The first bedroom was of a reasonable size, but the second was smaller. This was for a family of four, so it was ok....

I'm glad I did the accommodation was lovely - very central, contemporary and clean with a lovely kitchen(if you wanted to cook - I didn't!) and lounge area to relax in. Lots of nice extra touches - tea/coffee and biscuits and shower...

Room was dirty with stains on the carpet and mould in the kitchen, bed was uncomfortable, sink plug hole filthy and staff claimed we were in one of their best rooms in the cube apartments. Receptionist staff were also very unpleasant. Definitely wouldn't stay there again!
