Nitenite rooms are more like pods, but don't let that put you off. Value for money, really great bed, and lovely wet room. Good size TV and I particularly appreciated the 24 hour reception, mineral water, snacks, posh coffee (kettle and coffee in room too) There were good relaxing areas and you could bring in a take away. Friendly service...

just stayed here with my girlfriend for one night and it's worth the money you pay for it really! The lobby and reception is really nice and nice to have a drink before you go out, the rooms are very small but if your staying for one night then it's perfect. Wet room is big enough, beds are comfy, room...

The staff at the recpetion are lovely, willing to help you with extra towels and are very polite. We were able to check in quickly and guided to our room. The room is small. very small. Its okay for one night anything more then i recommend you find another hotel. We couldn't believe the size of it, however it was...

The hotel is 5mn walk from New Street train station. It is brand new and clean. It is very quiet as well and I didn't hear any noise at all at night and could rest well (it was a Tuesday night). Then Rooms are really tiny, I would say 2mx3m, enough to fit a bed and a private bathroom, it's...

Stayed here for one night when attending a gig at the Barclaycard arena. It was a 5 minute walk from New Street Station and a 10 minute walk to the arena. We defiantly needed GPS on my phone to help us get around but found the hotel easily enough. Check in was quick and easy as we had prepaid. Very...

Spent a week in one of their pods and it was excellent. The rooms are small, but that's the idea. Mine was very clean, warm, great TV and the wet room was fine. Breakfast was included and the area beside reception was very comfortably furnished. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Birmingham

Quite hard to find and difficult for parking. Check in was ok. Love the interior of the hotel however the rooms are far too small. Our room was freezing the heating was clearly not working and quite confusing to use. We were im room 169, not being able to shut the bathroom door at all because it was broke. Its...

We stayed here on a whim and it was perfect. 10 mins from selfridges, 3 from broad street. The reception and public spaces are quirky, the staff impeccably polite and helpful. Our room/pod is tiny but as expected the bed is comfy and the shower piping hot and powerful. We will definitely stay again when out for the night.

Went to see Queen in concert last night ad stayed here. Perfect place just to rest your head if you don't mind being woken up every 10 minutes anytime someone walks past your room or sneezes in one of the rooms around you. Without a doubt the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in, you'd think that with the rooms being...

We stayed here as part of a road trip round the UK, we were a bit worried about no windows in the room but when we got in that changed, check in was quick and fast, modern and funky public areas, the room is small but everything you need is there, close to centre and places to eat. Definitely stay...
