It was a nice stay. The service was friendly. We had a big bright room with a big comfy bed and nice big bathroom. However the interior wasn't the best. The hotel requires fresh painting and redecorating but overall it was worth of money.

Clean, efficient and value. Stayed for two nights while close by. Can't pick at it, you get what you pay and I found this hotel to be acceptable. The hotel is ideally situated for those who want to see a range of things Birmingham offers.

I was on a trip to Birmingham City University to visit my sister. As it was a last minute plan, most of the hotels are fully booked except this(should have known it is too good to be true). Anyway I took a cab to the "hotel"(more like an abandoned house), door was locked and had to ring the bell a...

THE worst "hotel" i have ever stayed at....complete dump, no staff, no reception, no bar, basically its a dump of a house masquerading as a hotel, stinks and very rough neighbourhood.......PLEASE do NOT go there........

Basic hotel about 3 miles outside city centre in a nice suburb, could do with a bit of updating which seems to be in progress all be it slowly. Not bad for the price charged though and staff were very pleasent and helpful

All these reviews are actually quite generous - this was one of the nastiest places I have every stayed at. Months, if not years, of dirt and dust were spread over half-broken 1970s furniture, and the bathroom was spattered with toothpaste stains and a hank of hair. There was no hot water the first two nights and cracks in the...

What ever you do, do not under any circumstances book a room in this place. We had booked and paid in advance for 2 nights stay. When we arrived the door was locked and when you rang the number it went to answer phone. After banging on the door for about 15 minutes one of the guests let us in...

Horrible experience. Had booked 4 nights there but had to leave after 2. Never saw anyone at reception, the rooms smelt of years of dirt and body odour, and I didn't see another soul for my whole stay there. The advertised bar was closed. Never again!
