Was served by Harry a few weeks back and he looked after us with his attentive and cheery attitude. Overall a great experience at the hotel an looking forward to coming back. Some funky beers on tap which was refreshing to see.

We held our wedding at Hornton Grange (Edgbaston park Hotel) recently and would like to thank all of the hard working staff at the venue and hotel. Every person who we came in to contact with were very polite, and friendly and always mad the effort to make us and our guests feel welcome. We were very impressed with the professionalism from Laura (Events manager) and her team, right the way through to the reception and cleaning staff. All of the staff that we encountered seemed to take a great sense of pride in doing their job and were easy to talk to and communicate with. Both the hotel and the tastefully refurbished Grange are very clean and excellently maintained. Having experienced a wide variety of hotels in the UK over the years, we were both very impressed with the professional level of service we received from staff (something which I thought had disappeared from most companies in the UK ;-) ), who combined professionalism with a genuine personal warmth. I'm very pleased to say that we have no regrets choosing Hornton Grange as our wedding venue. We loved the fact that we had exclusive access to the Grange, which meant that we had the ability to hold our ceremony, wedding breakfast and party all in the same space allowing us to decorate the venue how we wanted and enabled us and our guests to enjoy a relaxed and happy day .

We had our wedding at Hornton Grange a few days ago. We cannot praise Laura, Tasmin and the team enough. They dealt with every query we had and supported us in any way that they could. The team and Mahirs as external caterers made sure that everything ran like clockwork on the day. Everything was taken care of exactly as we had arranged. Hornton Grange is a stunning venue and the light in the Lloyd Suite is amazing. Hornton Grange stood out from other venues because you get exclusive use of the whole building, gardens and the 6 bedrooms upstairs. Everyone staying overnight loved their bedrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hornton Grange as a wedding venue and will definitely be staying at the hotel again. Thank you Laura and team!

We booked this based on other reviews and sadly, were slightly underwhelmed. The actual hotel is beautifully laid out, with pleasant décor and seemed clean throughout. It is just made more for business meetings or functions; this was a romantic trip away for the bank holiday weekend and the whole vibe of the hotel came across as too clinical & bland. However, the staff (particularly at breakfast) were friendly & helpful, our room was fairly spacious & clean too. Unfortunately, the pasta at dinner was overcooked, with too much sauce & the meatballs tasted like they'd come out of a tin! We probably wouldn't stay again, despite it being situated in a lovely quiet area and having free car parking.

We got married in Horton Grange at Edgbaston Park Hotel in May 2022. Words cannot describe how amazing our day was. From start to finish the venue has just been outstanding. Special thanks go to Laura who helped us plan and organise our wedding when we booked back in March 2020. Even during covid nothing was too much trouble. She took all the stress away from us! And Ashley who looked after us on the day. He guided us through the whole day and nothing was too much trouble! we honestly cannot thank the team enough for making our day the most truly magical and amazing day. For any couples out there this venue is a 1000% must and you will not regret it!! The food and accommodation were also amazing and all our guests for some who’ve travelled from different parts of the UK loved the hotel and will be back again! We wish we could do it all over again!!

Where to begin!!! We want to do this day all over again, it ran so perfectly, it was Laura we had met to discuss this venue before viewing it and falling in love, the room is stunning, light and a show stopper, views of the trees through the tall windows so beautiful. Anything we needed Laura would always reply with any question no matter how small on the lead up to the big day. Ashley ensured the day ran smoothly fetching me down from my room (as we stayed the night before) for me to get married, the timing was all perfect, he is so genuine and nothing is too much trouble!!! He wanted to check the room was ok with me for the evening after the turn around, I told him I trusted him, however he linked my arm and said please just look, so loveable and likeable so Ashley thank you so much. Natalia (I think is her name) ran the evening, when it got a little busy she got another table and chairs out for us. All friends and family have said how amazing all the staff were, I remember looking up from the top table and there was plenty of staff all smiling making sure everyone had everything - food was amazing by the way! Thank you everyone at edgbaston park for making our day so fun and memorable!!!! Niki and Jimmy

We got married here at the weekend, and we were so impressed with the venue and the hotel. The food and the breakfast were fab - the buffet breakfast had loads of different items available and many guests commented how nice it was. Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful with every part of the wedding day - from the early planning stages to the day itself, everything went so well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other couples who are looking to get married! Honestly couldn’t fault anything and we’ll definitely be returning to the hotel and restaurant. Thank you so much for making our wedding day as special as it was!
