Great location but the lift was not working and has not been for some time, very noisy at night and the fire alarm went off twice, once on one of the mornings and the other very late at night. Nice staff but unfortunatly we will definatly not be staying again.

The decor in the room was lovely, though it did put me in mind of a Wetherspoons bathroom but considering this is a Wetherspoons hotel, that's hardly surprising. It was nice to just not stay in a generic white hotel room for once. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable, allowing for two exceptional nights of sleep....

Very noisy at night from outside despite being on the fourth floor. At 1.40am bottle being tipped up and emptied somewhere. Same again at 6.20am the following morning.stayed in room 401 towards back of hotel. Have stayed before and found it very good value for money and lot quieter. Don't know now if I'd return again. Might try somewhere else...

Stopped here on out return from holiday. Only disappointment was lift not working and on floor 2 with bags and 3 suitcases a pain. Room clean and comfortable. Hair driers a bit rubbish but all ok apart from that .

A few minutes walk from New Street Station so ideal for journeys by train; also a good location for interesting places to visit such as the Museum and Art Gallery, the Cathedral, shops, and fine dining restaurants. My room was spacious and warm, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect and uncomplicated to use (my main criteria...

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find from New Street Station. Only a 5 minute walk (we travelled by train) When we stayed there was an issue with the Cliftonville which meant we had to walk up 4 floors to access our room. This wasn't too much of a problem for me and my partner, but could easily...

We arrived and was told the lift was out of order and we was on the 5th floor , we couldn't believe this because we booked the room in October they could have emailed us so we could have made other plans or moved us to a lower floor. We eventually got to our room and the bathroom was dusty...

Surprised my partner with tickets to the ballet and wanted to reserve a room in town to get ready. Good location right off of New Street near all of the shops and Bullring mall. Very rustic vibe and mature decor - my boyfriend loves that style. Only critique was the bed is on wheels and moves easily. The walls aren't...

I'd completely recommend this hotel, it's central for new street station, all the shops you could want and the civic center. Despite there being a very busy pub on site we heard nothing once we were in our room. The ensuite was very well fitted out , even if some of the room furnishings could do with a little tlc,...
