Stayed here last night after watching John Legend, room location and hotel services 10/10!! But when we come home last night around half 11 the entrance was full of loads of youths, very intimidating especially when they were offering to sell us narcotics and had to fight our way through to get in! The worst thing happened this morning though,... More

Well run hotel in a good location within easy walking distance from new street station. I have no complaints whatsoever. In fact it ticks most of the boxes (without being exceptional). What you see is what you get.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the city. The room had an entirely glazed wall, with great views; the room was great; the breakfast was really impressive. The only downside is the reliance on air conditioning in the room. It was a very pleasant stay.

Trendy design, spacious room and comfortable spaces, are just a few qualities of this hotel. The hotel itself its very well located, just a few blocks away the main shopping area in the city centre. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. There is internet free through the entire hotel and both the restaurant and the breakfast have very... More

Excellent customer service. No shower gel or iron in the room - a quick telephone call and they were delivered to the room immediately. Pleasant staff. Corridor hall carpet outside my room needed a vacuum clean. Breakfast was good, although the coffee cups were weird - they had no handles so we were unable to use them until the coffee... More

Hotel is very stylishly designed, with spacious rooms and decent sized bathrooms. Bed, large and very comfortable, good quality pillows and duvet. Rooms were all very quiet. Limited range of TV channels for such a well known hotel, not even the all basic free channels. Products in bathroom amazing, but bathroom itself a little disappointing. Shower not much more than... I really like everything of this hotel. The room is spacious and super clean. The furniture is new and modern. Staff members are very welcoming and helpful. Even the price I would say comparably reasonable. We had a false fire alarm and had to evacuate the rooms but it was out of the hotel management hands. I would really recommend... More

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel whilst on a business trip day. I was paired up with another guy from the office and straight away he found it essential to pull the two single beds apart. This proved to be a bad event as once apart. It was like taking off the stone on top of the... More
