Check in was very efficient with friendly front desk staff. Opened room and met with very strong unpleasant odour of cheap bleach, it was very overpowering , so strong was still there when I returned to the room late in the evening. The room had every convenience you would

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us valuable feedback. I am happy to hear the nice comments you made about the reception team and how helpful and friendly you found them. this is greatly appreciated. I am dismayed to hear that you had issues with your bedroom and the quality of food that you had. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and for this I do apologise. I have passed on your comments to our housekeeping manager and head chef, so that they can look into the concerns that you have raised. Once again thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. Kind Regards

Enjoyable stay at this hotel in the centre of Birmingham. The room was modern and very clean. There was no noise despite the hotel facing a busy carriage way. Bar downstairs open into the evening and guests seem to gather there so there is a nice atmosphere if you want to go

What is the parking like for this hotel please?
Hi Donna, There is an NCP behind the hotel, that we have a deal with. It is the Birmingham New Street NCP car park. For the 24 hour rate it costs £16 instead of £30. This car park is not suitable if you wish to come and go as you please, as you need to pay every time you exit the car park
