I had the best night's sleep I can remember having in a hotel for several years. :-)
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space and having a fridge is always welcome. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. :-)

Loved this hotel, room was amazingly comfortable, saw a different side of Birmingham, and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the pillows looked like a ball of fresh air, however when you lay on them they disappear to nothing so no support....More
