If you're not from Birmingham and don't know the area, do not stay here stay in the actual city centre. We have never been more afraid in our lives, and did not feel safe. Not worth the money, the room was disgusting and smelt like cigarettes. The shower was mouldy and so was the ceiling. The carpet was well I...

Very run down, no bar or restaurant, threadbare carpets, smelly room, legless animals in the bathroom, did not dare to try the breakfast. Fifty quid was to much, I have stayed in better places in North Africa and that takes a lot of beating. Booking .com need to let us know that it is a hell hole not fit for...

I'm afraid I couldn't even grade this hotel. I booked it last minute to go see friends in Birmingham. When we pulled up it looked very run down but when we finally found the way in and found reception we were met by a friendly male receptionist so thought it might not be so bad. Carpets all the way up...

The hotel was in a good location for our stay. But I felt the pictures weren't a good representation of the quality. From reception to our room most of the carpets and walls were stained, in our room again the walls were dirty or stained. The bathroom had many defects such as holes in the bath panel, dirty shower curtain,...

The Hotel is well situated for my purpose, unfortunately I lay awake most of the night, not because of the bed but the road outside and the heat in the room. Windows closed sauna, windows open road noises. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment and the breakfast was nothing to write about. Tea/coffee, cereal, fruit juice and toast,...

DAY 1 - After myself and my best friend booking into this hotel at £60 for a double room, we were informed that the restraunt and bar were being renovated (no details advertised on website or hotel) so no relaxation after a long day of travelling, then we were expecting as we paid full price for hotel and having no...

We had to stay here as all other local hotels were booked, however the central heating never worked all night in room number 30 and the decor is outdated. Price wise it is okay but the room is quite dark and you don't get proper light to do makeup. The bathroom tub had black chip marks and bathroom door was...

I was in Birmingham for a night on business and my usual hotel was full so I booked here as it's just down the road from where I usually stay. When I arrived it was clear that they are currently going through some refurbishment of the common areas and the bar/restaurant. The room had old decor and the sing in...
