Stayed here for a night as landed Birmingham airport in the later afternoon and decided to pick up the rental car and check out the city for a little and grab some dinner in china town. Picked this hotel as it seems to have an easy access to car park. Car park wise- it is quite expensive to park over...

The photos do the hotel justice. A lot of the decor seems worn or aged. The hotel room had no air con so I was left to turn off the radiator myself. The double bed was two singles screwed together - one side the screw was bust, the other loose to which I had to tighten myself to avoid it...

An alright location, not too far from Snow Hill Station. The room was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed. No complaints, didn't have any noise issues in our room and ticks all the boxes. Uber ride to Broad street (Rofuto Restaurant) wasn't too long, near by are restaurants like Purnell's too.

Stayed there as a family as part of Groupon deal including Cadbury World. We were very happy with everything at the hotel. Staff were all helpful and the breakfast more than sufficient in both selection and quality. Room was perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

I stay here once a month due to the proximity of the hospital. The first few times I stayed here I had a few issues with noise but the hotel seems to be improving. The staff have always been absolutely excellent, very attentive and helpful. The rooms are ok and the parking is very close by.

Stayed here last weekend and had a lovely stay. Nothing was to much trouble especially from Ilana who went out of her way to make my husbands birthday very special with a card and cake left in the room on arrival. Check in was efficient and breakfast the next morning hosted by the lovely Sheila was delicious.

Stayed in last night and was left less that impressed with my stay. Firstly the car park is very confusing - there are 2 Ncp car parks next to each other - we ended up parking in the wrong one. The room was fine if a little dated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We booked a...

Disappointing for the price we paid. I don’t think the Royal Angus is particularly good value. Perhaps it was due to supply and demand. We were staying on a Friday and Saturday night in mid-December when demand was high. About £130 per night. The good points. Tea, coffee, milk sachets a couple of biscuits and the towels were refreshed daily....
