I would like to say how enjoyable and welcoming our stay was, from the moment we checked in the level of customer service was excellent. The layout of the room and cleanliness is 10/10 in every respect, highly recommendable and a must if you are passing through :)

Had a very positive experience here. Stayed Friday to Sunday and was very peaceful considering it was a weekend. Super friendly staff who were very happy to help us with anything we needed. Would recommend fully.

We have stayed here a few times this last few months as it's close to the children's hospital. Rooms are standard but always very clean. Staff are friendly. Be careful with your key card, it often deactivates itself having to go back down to reception to activate it. Not a big deal I know but if there's a queue you...

We stayed over on the Saturday- Myself, My husband & our little boy, we booked it on groupon.. which seemed a great deal, £89 for 3 of us - bed & breakfast & half day pass to Cadburys world. We arrived mid Afternoon, checked in then spent an hour or so in the hotel bar/ lounge area. The staff were...

Clean, decent location and good price. Shame that we had to wait beyond agreed check in time as no standard double rooms were available. We had to wait whilst the receptionist had a heated conversation in Spanish/Portuguese with the house keeper. Didn't bother with breakfast as overpriced for what they seemed to offer

I stayed at the hotel for two nights whilst attending a course nearby. I stayed on the 6th floor in a single room. The room was compact but fine for a single traveller. The bed was against the wall but comfortable and clean. The room was a little tired and could have done with a refresh. The walls were slightly...

I stayed here recently for a business trip to Birmingham. The staff were helpful, beds were comfy and hotel and facilities were clean and pleasant. The only down sides were the shower which came out at a disappointing luke-warm trickle, and the breakfast which, if not booked in advance, comes in at a whopping £15.95 for a fairly standard hotel...

Stayed as part of the Groupon stay, reception staff were very helpful and thr room and bathroom were lovely and clean. However, they could do with better windows as it was very loud and felt like we were outside, and you could also hear everything that was happening in the neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Overall, this hotel...
