We came for my sister in laws hen weekend. Very comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the price but could do with a little improvement. Very central location. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for Symphony Hall as its a short walk from the station and from the concert venue. The breakfast was also much better than you might have expected for the price paid in an inner city location, with choice and variety. I believe they also do a limited range of evening meals and there's a pub next door. Staff...

Normally use Travelodge or Premier Inn. Thought I'd have a change but they are all much the same. Brilliant location for Symphony Hall and NIA (and also the City centre). All within walking distance (and felt safe at night). The room and bed was comfortable. Looked like it needed a bit of TLC in places. The continental breakfast was excellent...

We both arrived late on Tuesday night 28/03/17 after a long flight from Australia. Check-in was straight forward apart from some mix-up with our booking & eventually sorted out. We stayed for 2 nights in room 426, the room rather small for the two of us & a small bathroom, however suffering from jet lag we both slept well. The...

Arriving at the ibis we were greeted by a quite rude lady who was clearly hating her job and having a bad day. She was very abrupt and when I tried to explain that we had booked family rooms she demanded to see proof. Of course I couldn't open my emails because of a problem with the wifi in the...

I'm a pretty fussy lady on where I'll lay my head at night, and must say I'm very impressed with ibis. Arrived earlier than check in time, parked in ibis car park which is only £13 for 24 hours which for town is very well priced. Lift takes you to the reception where we were greeted with a smile and...

The only reason I gave this hotel a 3 rating instead of 1 is because we got 3 nights for £75 on their Happy Mondays promotion. Firstly, the good points. The lady who checked us in and also tried to help with wifi issues was very friendly and helpful. The beds give a great night sleep. Ok, the not so...

A chocolate on the pillow and free tea, coffee and magazines in reception, even an ice machine so I was able to get ice for our pre drinks before going out. The breakfast is...
