      Once a year visit

      and pleased to report (in a good way) nothing has changed. The Crown Plaza knows what it's doing and what it has to do. It's comfortable ,and business like,not too many frill's but everything needed for a nice stay whilst visiting the NEC

      The railway station is within walking distance, so no shuttle is needed. For the airport, there are shuttle buses outside the NEC.
