Bit disappointed with hotel location tucked away on an industrial estate! Albeit close to work not much around and...bar closes early! Breakfast v good and room typical PI standard so no problems there...just lacks any personality merely functional

Not to far from the nec and staff were very very friendly. On site meals were limited but adequate, would stay here again though. Paid parking was an issue as the car park was too small and we parked between to disabled bays, but cars were on verges etc but this maybe a one of? Staff were aware and were...

We booked 3 Rooms for 2 Nights. Excellent staff during our stay, rooms spotless and food in the restaurant very good. Couldn't find any fault on this stay or last year. Thank you for the extras in the restaurant on Friday night Would recommend this hotel, its only going to get better as is currently being refitted.

easy for city centre, had a room on second floor just been re-furbed excellent staff very pleasant and accomadating plenty of car parking spaces, did have one waitress at breakfast who I would say was very abrupt to the point of being quite rude maybe we caught her on a bad day, but that was the only downside to our...

Paid £110 for the room. We ended up in Room 2 on the ground floor. The bed was a double not a chance it was a king size. Shower and bathroom looked dated as did the room. We stayed on a Saturday night. However with no warning work began on the hotel at 8am Sunday. It was very loud. Shocking...

Arrived before our check in time and the hotel looked after our bags allowing us to walk around the Christmas markets without luggage and check in later. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Bar was open for drinks late on Saturday night after we'd been out around Birmingham City Centre and breakfast was lovely...

Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was nice, waiting staff were very good. Would stay again when working close by...

Clean, comfortable hotel within easy reach of city centre and New Street station by foot. This does involve using underpasses but there were no problems with that, they are clean and well lit. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced (if booked early enough). Ideal place for our visit to the NEC.

It's also a shame that your dinner experience was disappointing. I've passed your comments on to the management team and they'll work alongside the team...
