Would recommend this Premier Inn wholeheartedly. Usual high standard of cleanliness, pleasant staff, comfortable bed and, most importantly, a good night's sleep. We used this Premier Inn for our visit to a concert at the NIA, and will use it again, as it was about a 30 minute walk along the canal path to the venue. Parking at £4 for...

Lovely refurbished Premier Inn, quiet and noise-free with exceptionally friendly and staff, including the two lovely cleaning ladies who were more than helpful and happy to talk! Great for visiting Birmingham and the surrounding area.

Me have my family use the premier in regular and this is the first time I didn't get a good night sleep. The room above mine was making so much noise though the night it was impossible to get to sleep. I was staying at the hotel because I had an exam the next morning which I wanted to make...

Lovely friendly staff in this Premier Inn but somewhat chaotic service both in the bar when getting a beer and in the restaurant when having a meal. We had an updated room which was good and clean but there was still significant building work going on at the sight so there was quite a lot of noise from quite early,...

We booked 2 rooms for the 5 of us which included breakfast. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and benefited from missing the town traffic. It was about £6 in a cab into town Rooms were nice as always (we were in the newly refurbished rooms). With comfy beds and a big tv The dining area lacked...

Hotel was easy to find there was plenty of car parking ,friendly check in ,excellent rooms not to far from city centre and arenas.shame about being woken up at 9.15 on a Sunday morning by hammering from the ongoing refurb work ,and breakfast being served on small cold plates, but otherwise a great stay .

Lovely Premier Inn with very friendly staff and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy, I would definitely recommend staying in this Premier Inn, and it's only a half an hour walk to the Bullring and Frankfurt Christmas Market.

Stayed here before back in 2014 and again last year, it needed a tidy up which I can see is now on the way. Ground floor is a building site as it is now so be mindful of this when booking, it will state on the website when booking and doesn't effect the stay in anyway so all ok. Car...

Leisure trip. Always use Premier Inns. I trust the brand. Parking is plentiful, but is charged for. Not expensive but not used to paying for parking at Premier Inns. Very unusually, the bed was uncomfortable, but not so bad that I would complain about it. Just didn't expect it. The breakfast staff were excellent. The food was good. The building...
