It seems trivial but the pillow were shocking so flat and old so my sleep was terrible. Wifi is terrible too.Breakfast was lovely with very friendly brummie staff on duty, plenty of choice. Room small but fine. Nice and clean.

No complaints, our room (220) was a good size (a bit bigger than our friends' rooms). Breakfast was very tasty and Joyce could not do enough to help in getting our group seated and fed. Would definitely come back.

Sorry. Don’t know. Corridors are a bit narrow on upper floors so might be a bit awkward unless you have a folding bike.
