A great value night's stay, very well located for the main stations and centre of town. The bedroom & bathroom were clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised!!

Had 2 nights here this weekend. Dene and his staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Great location for Central Brum. Would gladly stay here again. Handy Tesco express downstairs. Plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance.

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
