The hotel is nice, very clean and peaceful on the 23rd floor, very quiet and we had a good night sleep. It is over priced in my opinion and what they class as complimentary mini bar is Coke and Kit Kat. Our main issue is that we gave our credit card details at check in to pay our parking and...

Reception staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean, room service was fast and we loved the decor. No noise even though we were informed there was a party on the top floor, thank you! I'm sure we will be back.

Stayed on the 24th floor on a Friday night and we had one of the worst night's sleep ever in any hotel. DJ playing loud music with thumping bass as we were trying to get to sleep which sounded like it was directly above us and then loud "making out" noises in one of the neighbouring rooms around 4am. Had a great stay, room was very spacious and had a large balcony with a fantastic view of the city, The unusual shape of the rooms makes them very quirky. The room was an upgrade and well worth the extra. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice light airy room....... modern colour scheme...... shame the curtains were in some places off the hooks but otherwise loved the room. Booked via Convivium Membership so got an upgrade! That made the membership fee worthwhile. Look forward to my next stay.

Hotel Indigo is one of my favorite Birmingham hotels. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, fantastic view from the top floor bar and great breakfasts. I mistakenly booked for the wrong day and when I arrived the hotel was full but the staff went out of their way to find me an alternative room nearby. I returned...

The spa was perfect, breakfast at Marco Pierre white was one of the best and the morning staff were so friendly. Im going back again soon. My hotel room was a little less polished then I would like though.

I lovely hotel, interiors in room are looking a little tired but everything else is fantastic. Floor to ceiling Windows with views of as far as the eye can see. Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast is really worth paying for upon booking
