Room was comfortable for our family of 4, staff were very friendly. Easter Competition was a hit with the kids. All requests were dealt with quickly and professionally, would use this travel lodge again and recommend it to others.

This is a great hotel if you’re having a night out on broad street – you couldn’t get a better location and, as with most Travelodges, you know what you’re getting. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for one night away. They have parking out the back – but with all the road works in the area...

2 nights here, very central, building exterior rather grim but bedroom large, clean, light with large window. No CH but electric wall heater quite adequate. Vey comfortable large double bed for solo occupancy was excellent. Was offered first a room on 8th floor as advised this would be quieter for traffic & noise on busy Broad Street, but because I...

My boyfriend and I stayed here when we went to Birmingham for a night out. The location is great, about 15 minutes walk from New Street station and surrounded by many restaurants and bars - no need for taxis! Every member of staff we met were really polite and friendly. The room is basic but we wouldn't expect anything more...

Great location for night life and easy hotel to get to from train station. No need to pay for taxi throughout your stay as everything is within walking distance. Good hotel staff all welcoming and tried to assist you as soon as possible even when they were busy.

One year since our last family visit. This time we stayed for 5 nights after a stay at the excellent Travelodge in High Wycombe. Standards were set. This place deserves the 5 Star rating that I am giving it for the second time. Staff arranged a very quiet and large room for my family on the high floors so great...

All of the staff I met at the Broad Street Travelodge were absolutely brilliant - they all seemed to genuinely love their job and projected a friendly, efficient and totally customer-focussed service. I was so impressed! The level of service far exceeded my expectations and also my experience of any other hotel. The hotel was comfortable with clean and spacious...

Stayed here a few times but they seem to have uped their game. Very friendly good service, rooms are excellent for a budget hotel. In the center of town which is quite lively.Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Will certainly be back.
