Great location for Brindleyplace restaurants and only a short taxi ride to the City Centre. Parking is limited but plenty of parking just next door in the Brindleyplace car park. We only had breakfast at the hotel but that was excellent and the service was very good too.

Lets start with the positives. Breakfast was great, good range and good service. Location is a 2 minute walk from the ICC. Car parking is very convenient and the price is reasonable. Now for the negatives. First room had a few issues so our room was moved, I did not request the move, but the reception staff suggested it. Second... More

Stayed here several times- its ideal for the ICC and central Birmingham but nothing to write home about. Comfortable - cleanish and good service but nothing special. I actually was given a disabled room last time - plenty of access all over the place - the bathroom wasnt great though and the sink was tiny. Still not sure why they... More

We spent last weekend at this hotel, it was the start of the German Christmas market and we were meeting up with friends. We found this hotel brilliantly situated right in the centre of Birmingham, we had a lovely welcome shown to our room, which was lovely and clean on the first floor. We were able to park our car... Could not fault this hotel in any way. Modern clean well equipped rooms, everything that you require. Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent value for money. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice. Will definitely return at a later date.

Good location to barclays areana. Close to bars and restaurants. I would add that this hotel is more of a no frills experience, as its a hilton garden you can't expect the larger beds you find in the standard hilton hotels. Also no slippers or robes ( if you like that kinda thing) and no breakfast in bed. The rooms... More

The rooms are spacious, clean and airconditioned. Digital check in allows you to choose your room before you arrive. Hotel is in a lovely area with lots of cafes and restaurants in surrounding area and very close to the Barclaycard Arena and Sea Life centre. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of items. I would definitely stay again.

The general demeanour and attitude of the obviously overworked staff is very poor. The parking in the basement is some of the worst and most inconvenient I have ever used. Not appalling but there are many better hotels. Oh and don't bother with the usual platitudes about using you next time - I won't.

What more do you need to know about the hotel other than the fact that at breakfast they have a waffle iron and you can make your own fresh waffles and then stack bacon on top and cover it in maple syrup! But seriously, was here for a few nights on business and it was a pleasant experience. Sadly no... More
