The toilet didn't flush, they sent a work man to come and fix it, after five minutes he managed to flush it. However, after that, the toilet wouldn't flush at...

Situated reasonably near to city centre and all it has to offer this hotel is good for weekend shoppers and weekday business people too. Rooms are clean, warm and adequately equipped. Staff are friendly and obliging.

This was an excellent location for the O2 and the hippodrome which was the reason for choosing it.Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm. The only downside was the breakfast. Hard uneatable bacon, beans dry and rough scrambled egg. My advice stick to the continental breakfast and after saying that I would stay again

Love the motel style of the hotel. All the rooms are off an outside balcony ideal for all you smokers out there! The receptionist (Cassie) was very friendly and engaging so much so that we booked the week after as well! The rooms are in need of updating. The decor is tired. Bath is tiny and the shower is definitely...

When we arrived you had to get through very secure metal gates for both foot and car. Car park was a pay and display. Motel style was weird but ok. The bed was not comfortable and we had a bad nights sleep. But breakfast was nice and short walk to the city centre and the christmas markets.

This is a good hotel for staying at a budget price for the city centre. The staff are helpful and friendly. The beds and rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the showers are poor and didn't really think too much of the cooked breakfast. However I would stay here again but maybe just have a continental breakfast as it was...
