Very nice hotel, the staff made us feel very welcome, it was comfortable, clean, and close to bars, shops etc. Our main reason why we stayed here was to visit Villa Park and watch a Aston Villa game. It's a bit of a walk (not too far) and on game day it made us feel like a local. Next time...

I Was amazed at the fantastic level of help and service from Aqib , I had forgot my phone charger he provided me with one, he also went further to help me and printed my boarding pass which was customer service at its best he could not have been more helpful he is a great asset to this Travleodge, also...

Value for money, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed, excellent shower and friendly staff.I have stayed in hotels that haven't been as good as this Travel lodge at double/triple the price.Fantastic value for money. The only point I would make, is if you offered a cooked breakfast. They have breakfast boxes on offer only. However, there are plenty of places...

We say here frequently and when this was refurbished it was lovely and pleasant - it's now feeling a bit dated and seeing the carpets worn. The cafe under the travelodge is great for breakfast but there is little in the area for an evening meal. Good to have the free parking but the rooms could do with an update.

Booked for a one night stay as the family was heading to Minehead. Because we booked early we managed to get a room for 3 for £26. The room itself was large and had 3 beds: one king size and 2 singles. The on suite toilet was small but had everything that it should have. The room window looked onto...

The rates vary markedly on a daily basis. Sometimes the rate is high enough to warrant breakfast and free wifi within the price. There is a budget hotel and then there is Travel Lodge with sockets sited miles from the bed so you can't charge your phone nearby. In addition the sink and shower both drained very slowly and staff...

I have not stayed at a Travel Lodge for many years - we were very pleasantly surprised. This hotel is clean, bright and very comfortable indeed. The young chap on reception was helpful, pleasant and polite. Certainly have changed my mind, would be glad to return.

Located just outside of Birmingham costs approx £12 in a taxi to the City. Ideal for Business. There isn't a restaurant on site however just a few mixtures walk away there are a few places to eat. Very clean, staff are great, very friendly, nothing too much trouble! I will be returning next week for work!

I expected a little more for £69 by way of even a shower cap for the type of shower. Also little things like a toilet brush and a bathroom sink that allows the water to drain much quicker, given that there were two of us sharing. I know they are small things but would have made a big difference. The...

Many thanks for your review. We feel that we offer all that is needed for a comfortable night’s stay. We do not provide extras which other hotels may provide so we can keep our room rates low however we understand your frustration and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Your feedback has been noted...
